Is there a usage fee? There is no per/session usage fee.

Why am I charged 13% HST? HST is a federal and provincial government-mandated tax.
How can I deactivate my account? You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing customercare@otn.ca. There are no fees associated with decommissioning your account.
How can I get refund for my subscription? Organizational accounts may transfer your subscription to another person for a small fee. Contact OTN for details.
Solo accounts may not be transferred.
One-time and annual fees are non-refundable.

What is fair usage policy? OTN Terms of Service
Where can I find OHIP billing information? Providing patient care through videoconferencing is billable through OHIP. There is an OHIP fee code for a telemedicine premium.
Why does OTN need to capture the primary location where I will use Personal Videoconferencing? We ask for a primary office or work location so that we have a proper address location for the provider using Personal Videoconferencing. This address may be used for OTN communications, billing or to direct patients to the primary office of the provider in the event that the patient needs to see the provider in person.
Will OTN use my email address for promotional purposes? Your email is used as your primary username and for all communications regarding the services you have applied for. OTN will from time to time send you email to inform you of new services or new service features that may be of interest to you. You will have the option to ‘opt out’ of new service emails if you like.
