Connecting patients and providers in the Ontario health care system

Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) is leveraging advancements in technology to better equip you with the real-time information and collaborative tools needed to seamlessly schedule patient appointments. OTN encourages all telemedicine users to adopt our easy-to-use online scheduling tool Ncompass and follow OTN’s Guidelines for Telemedicine Scheduling & Patient Care Coordination as best practice for scheduling. These guidelines outline the roles and responsibilities of all telemedicine participants during the scheduling process and represent the most direct and effective way of scheduling across Ontario.

Using Ncompass:

Existing users can access Ncompass by visiting scheduling.otn.ca.

New users requiring access to Ncompass can call 1-855-654-0888. For Ncompass training visit please our Scheduling Resource Centre.

For complex appointments that cannot be scheduled in Ncompass, please fill out a Telemedicine Clinical Scheduling form and Fax it to 1-888-879-2807.
