Coming Soon HRM® Integration for OTNhub

Ontario Health’s update to the OTNhub will allow those with Health Report Manager (HRM) access to export eConsult case details. HRM® is a digital health solution that enables clinicians using an OntarioMD-certified EMR to securely receive patient reports electronically from participating hospitals and specialty clinics.

Options for eConsult export:

1. Manual selection of export to HRM         
   1. In the Case Details view, cases can be individually selected for export into HRM. This selection enables an export on every update of the selected case. When a case is cancelled, it will also trigger an export into HRM, indicating the case is cancelled.
2. Automatic export to HRM
   1. In eConsult settings, there will be an option to select Automatic export to HRM. This selection automatically triggers an export of any new case to HRM. This export generates one report and occurs once the case is completed.  

*Please only select Automatic export if you have a patient record associated with the eConsult.
