Enhancements to OTNInvite email

We made changes to the OTNInvite appointment confirmation email to make the process easier for patients/clients to prepare for their video visit (eVisit) with their healthcare provider.
The email includes:
- a simplified way to download and install the required software
- a list of browsers and devices that support the software
- a ‘self-test’ feature to confirm the software was successfully installed and is ready ahead of the appointment time
The changes are to the email language and software download process only; it will not affect how you schedule appointments using OTNInvite.
