Personal Videoconferencing "light" fix now in effect

OTN made changes to your Personal Videoconferencing software to improve its speed and performance.
The real-time status indicators (the coloured green and red lights next to the contacts in your favourites) were identified as a feature causing our servers to slowdown and cause poor performance. For that reason, OTN has changed the location of this feature. Now to view the status of a system, simply click on the contact you’re trying to call and view the status indicator on the call detail screen. Click here for more details.
