Get Started

You must have Personal Videoconferencing to use OTNconnect.

1) Download OTNconnect for free from the App Store (Apple ID required)

2) Sign Out of OTNhub on your desktop/laptop

3) Sign In to OTNconnect on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

First-time users

If this is your first time using OTNconnect, we highly recommend that you read Clinical Considerations for Providers, before getting started, to learn about:

Important

• Users cannot be signed-in to both OTNconnect and OTNhub at the same time.
• For privacy and security, remember to ‘Sign Out’ of OTNconnect or OTNhub once you’re done.
• Wireless signals are subject to ambient interference. For an optimal OTNconnect experience, please review information Testing Your Internet Connection (page 2).

Technical Requirements

• iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (OTNconnect is optimized for iPhone 5, 6, and 6+)
• iOS 7 or later
• High-speed internet or 4G access
