Every time you use the Send Invite feature from January 4, 2016 to March 21, 2016, your name is entered for a chance to win one of 50 Tim Horton’s cards valued at $25!” Use the send invite feature to support areas of your practice.
Now using the send invite feature, you can privately and securely video visit by connecting to anyone in Ontario via your computer (PC/Mac) both in and out of healthcare settings, bringing another level of convenience and choice to collaborate with patients or colleagues who may not be connected to OTN’s video network.

From January 4, 2016 to March 21, 2016, OTN is running a contest for a chance to win one out of fifty Tim Horton’s gift cards, just by using the send invite feature. The contest is open to all existing OTNhub.ca users who video visit from their personal computer using the invitation feature. The following rules apply to this contest:
- You must use the send invite feature with patients or peers in Ontario;
- Every time you create and activate an invite from OTNhub, your name will be automatically entered into the contest;
- If your name is drawn, you can opt in or opt out of the prize when we notify you; and
- You agree to the rules as OTN has outlined.
Prize
Each participant has the chance of winning ONE of fifty Tim Horton’s cards worth $25
Winner Selection
On March 29, 2016, at 1:00 pm, the winner will be chosen by OTN. Winner chosen will be based on the number of times a member has used the invitation feature during the contest period. The name of the prize winners will not be announced or posted.
Winner Verification & Prize Claim Conditions
Selected entrant(s) will be notified by telephone or email at the number or email address OTN has on file. OTN will contact the eligible winners within 2 business days of the draw date. At the point of prize notification, you have the option of opting in or out of the contest prize. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrant(s) must:
- Sign and return a written declaration and release form, indicating the right to accept or decline the prize.
- Provide their mailing address on the release form.
